You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch for a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted, and refunds will not be issued, in accordance with the Medicines Act and consumer regulations applicable to prescription medicines.
If your prescription is declined by our clinical team, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on our website.
